# Generating API-Keys

With the functionality "API keys" you can configure the API keys for the test and production ("live") environment including the specification of IP addresses and IP ranges, which are checked each time the respective API key is used.

Of course, you can also take action on the existing API-Key if you want to delete, lock or unlock it.
